Expanding our digital services with LTWcare®
The newly developed LTWcare® app offers, in compliance with the highest IT security standards, the possibility of maintaining a full overview of current plant operations at any time and from anywhere. Next to the current operating status of the individual units, the most important key performance indicators (KPIs) are also on display. In addition, the app contains numerous features that offer our customers a lot of convenience in daily plant operation. For example, a service request can be sent directly to the LTW Customer Care Center via the app, or the plant documentation can be accessed. Individual limit values can be defined in order to detect possible downtimes at an early stage. In case of irregularities, the user receives notification immediately.
