New building: installation of the stacker crane

The fully automated high-bay warehouse in our new building is almost finished. Yesterday, the 19.3-meter belt-driven stacker crane was installed. A true milestone, since this is the heart of the high-bay warehouse. The aisle-bound single-master has a payload of 1,100 kg and can store our goods double-deep in a total of 1,500 spaces.
With the newly created storage space, all goods from our old warehouse "Rickenbach" can soon be moved. The best part about it? We will be using our newly developed Graphical User Interface and therefore we will be able to demonstrate it live in action to visiting customers.
