As an ideal contact partner for all aspects of plant modernization, the Technical University of Munich has approached us with a special request. As part of the Optifit research project, they are creating a forecasting model to determine the optimum time for retrofit measures for stacker cranes. It quickly became clear to them that the subject of retrofitting is extremely complex, as a large number of influencing variables have to be taken into account. That's why they were looking for partners who could help them out with years of experience and meaningful data.
