Change in Management
Konrad Eberle, LTW Intralogistics' long-time managing director, will retire at the end of April 2026. He has played a pivotal role in shaping the company over many years and has successfully driven its growth in collaboration with employees, customers, and partners.
His connection to LTW dates back to the early 1980s. He gained his first experience as a summer intern. After completing his studies, he returned to the company in 1990 as technical director. In 2000, he became managing director and played a decisive role in LTW’s development for over two decades.
Under his leadership, LTW implemented numerous challenging intralogistics projects domestically and internationally, further expanding its position as a reliable partner for automated warehouse and logistics solutions.
The handover of management is proceeding according to plan and in close coordination. Bernhard Peter, who has been the managing director of LTW Intralogistics since April 2023, will continue to lead the company.
He has been associated with LTW for many years. He began his professional career in automation technology, initially working in electrical design and PLC programming. Over the years, he has held various positions of responsibility, including heading the automation technology division and handling sales tasks for general contractor projects in Germany. After spending several years outside the company, Peter returned to LTW in 2017 as Technical Director. He was appointed Managing Director in 2023.
